Jessica Osborne is the Principal Evaluation Associate for the Higher Education Portfolio at CERE. Her primary goals are to advance the field of evaluation within higher education and to improve outcomes for students and student support programs. Throughout her career, Jessica has worked both in higher education program implementation and support as well as in the fields of assessment and evaluation. Her primary focus has been on student success at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
Jessica has a PhD in Evaluation, Statistics, and Measurement from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a MFA in Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, and a BA in English from Elon University.
