Toi Parker

Toi Parker is a Project Manager, providing support for the Higher Education Portfolio at CERE. Toi has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Mississippi. She and her husband, Kordarius, enjoy living in Oxford and having the amazing opportunity to work at their alma mater.
