Olivia Melvin is CERE’s Project Coordinator. She works on multi-year health- and education-related evaluation projects, regionally and internationally. Being bilingual in Mandarin and English, she collects and analyzes data in both languages. She has a B.A. in International Studies and Mandarin and is pursuing an M.A. in Political Science.
She also participated in the 2021-2022 EvalYouth Global Mentorship Program, learning a wealth of theoretical and practical evaluation strategies from nearly 100 global mentors and fellow mentees. She strives to blend regional, national and international monitoring and evaluation practices in ways that are most responsive to cultural and contextual community needs.
