Matt Hancock

Evaluation Associate

Matthew Hancock serves as an evaluation associate at CERE. Matthew received a BA in Sociology from Louisiana State University in 2015 and completed a dual-title MS in Rural Sociology and International Agriculture and Development from the Pennsylvania State University in 2020. His work is currently situated in CERE’s K-12 portfolio and covers a wide breadth of individual and institutional evaluation contexts. Prior to joining CERE, Matthew worked primarily in international research contexts focused on rural livelihood and health, fertility, food-security, and the determinants of population change. His skill set is tailored to quantitative analysis and focuses on applied and mixed-methodologies, and he has extensive prior experience working on interdisciplinary teams.
