Marandia Corner is the Manager of Project Resources for the Center for Research Evaluation at the University of Mississippi. With over 16 years of experience in banking, Marandia previously worked at BancorpSouth, now Cadence Bank, where she started as a teller and progressed to Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager II.
Marandia holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Northwest Community College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Mississippi. She is committed to lifelong learning and plans to pursue a Master’s Degree in Business Finance to further her expertise.
Known for her hardworking and self-motivated nature, Marandia takes pride in being an encouraging team player who uplifts those around her. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful children. In her spare time, she has a passion for crafting, including making door wreaths, repainting picture frames, and other creative projects.
